For single instructions, prices are as listed below.
- Flats and Maisonettes from £55.00
- Houses from £60.00
I will quote my fee for your property once you confirm the location, size and type of property (see notes below).
I normally give a discount for multiple instructions (eg should you require two EPCs within the same building).
Notes
- VAT - As a small business, I am not VAT registered. As a result the price quoted is the price you pay.
- Quotes - I reserve the right to vary my fees depending on the location and size of your property. For example I charge extra if the property is located within London's Congestion Zone or is more than 30 minutes travelling distance from Hackney. Obviously the larger the property, the longer it takes to survey. When I first speak to you I will ask for the location, type and size of the property and I will then confirm my fee. However in the vast majority of cases, you should expect to be quoted the prices above.
- Referrals through Estate Agents - I work directly with a number of Estate Agents in East London. I quote a different price for Clients that are referred through these Agents.
Payments
Unlike many on-line EPC providers, I do not require payment in advance.
You can make payment by cash or cheque either at the same time as the inspection of alternatively within 30 days following receipt of an invoice. You can also pay by bank transfer. I do not accept credit card payments.
At the time of the inspection, I will require your name, address, telephone number and email address. This is for invoicing purposes.
